Inspect TEXAS provides an inspection report loaded with pictures showing items in need of repair and answer any questions you may have. We have the experience based knowledge to help you understand the current condition of the home you have an interest in.
Inspect TEXAS provides a thorough, non-evasive, visual inspection of the structural and mechanical systems found in and around the home. My job is to find deficiencies or potential issues within the home and convey this information to you.
My inspection report will identify items in need of repair to help you make a more informed decision moving forward.
Guidelines for Houston Home Inspectors
The Texas Real Estate Commission has issued a Standards of Practice that all home inspectors are required to follow. For more information on what all is inspected, please click on the "Scope of Inspection" button below. To perform a home inspection per TREC's Standard of Practice, please allow 2 to 4 hours for Inspect TEXAS to be on site at the property. On site time will vary depending on the home's size, age, and the amount of issues found. Once the "On Site" home inspection is complete, all the data will be entered into an inspection program to generate the inspection report. Reports are typically delivered the same day of inspection, but in rare instances have been delivered no later than the next day.
